Artworks for ‘The Big One’, five years in planning: the event known as Teletext50.
This art exhibition, part of a wider celebration of teletext, first featured at a physical ‘Block Party’ meetup in Cambridge, 21st and 22nd September 2024. It was then shown on Yle Text in Finland from 7th October – 11th November 2024 as part of the service’s own 43rd anniversary magazine.
Artists were given optional prompts relating to ‘50 years of teletext‘.
